All weather sports pitch resurfaced
The All-Weather Pitch is used by the school, other sports organisations such as Finchley Hockey Club, and the local community.
Football and hockey are played on them by many teams and groups, 7 days per week. The surface was old and had had deteriorated making team competitions unviable. A complete renewal was required. Finchley Hockey club donated funds along with its sports body and gets access over time equivalent to the amount donated. The Foundation donated £75,000 to RWS Enterprises company to be paid back from future surpluses, so enabling the pitch resurfacing to be completed.
