The area around the newly cleaned and restored fountain is the final stage in the project.

The steps needed to be repositioned and made safe. You can see (6th April 2023) they are almost finished, with the heavily scaffolded Senior School building in the background. The pebbled walkway from the top steps down to these steps and then around the fountain will be replaced with a resin-bonded finish that is durable and easy to walk on. Good weather is needed to be able to complete that part.

Progress continues. Frank Nelson would be pleased.
