Online Giving Form

This is our preferred option as it provides all the facilities you need to set up a single donation, or regular monthly donations, in one place, including Gift Aid.

Your donations will go to the Pressing Needs Fund, so allowing us to focus on key priorities.

Donate using SchoolComms

A special payment request ‘Donations to the RWS Foundation’ means you, as parents and other SchoolComms users, can make donations using the App which you already use and trust.

You can donate as much and as often as you wish!

We can claim Gift Aid on each eligible donation up to £30.

All funds go to the RWS Foundation Pressing Needs Fund to further its work in supporting the school and its pupils.  See WHAT WE DO for details.  At present, our key priority is the preservation, and then enhancement, of the school chapel.

Donate by Text

By choosing a particular key word and texting it to a specified number you can determine how your donation will be used.  See WHAT WE DO for details.

Donate to the Pressing Needs fund if you wish your donation to be used to help fund what the Trustees consider are the most pressing needs at the time.  These needs include providing Pupil Boarding Bursaries, providing other pupil support, supporting recent leavers and supporting critical infrastructure (building) projects such as the Chapel preservation and enhancement project.

Donate to the Pressing Needs fund

Text FOUNDATION followed by your donation amount to 70560 to give that amount.  For example, FOUNDATION 5 will enable £5 to be donated to that fund.

Texts will cost the donation amount plus one standard network rate message, and you’ll be opting into hearing more from us.  If you would like to donate but don't wish to hear more from us, please text FOUNDATIONNOINFO followed by your donation amount instead.

You will be asked if you wish us to claim Gift Aid on your donation.

If you wish, you can also set up a regular donation.  Please consider this.  Even a relatively small amount that you might not miss, paid regularly, can make a real difference over time, especially if many people follow your example.

Donate to the Pupil Bursary Fund if you wish the Trustees to restrict your donation to providing financial support (called bursaries) only to pupils in need.  Payments from this fund to the School enable pupils, who are identified as in real need of a period in a safe and supportive boarding environment, to board for a specified number of days, weeks or terms.  They also provide funding for other forms of pupil support, again in a personal-needs basis.

These donations cannot be used for anything other than supporting pupils.  If you wish your donations to be used more flexibility we recommend donating to the Pressing Needs Fund instead.

Donate to the Pupil Bursary Fund

Donate to the Chapel fund to support Chapel's preservation and then its enhancement.  The Chapel, considered by many to be the heart of the school, is used by pupils every day.  It is in poor condition and requires work to preserve it.  It then requires enhancement to make it more flexible and attractive while retaining its inherent character as a chapel.  It could then be hired out for weddings and other events and earn income to offset its running costs.

Donate to the Chapel preservation project
