Prior to that date, the Royal Wolverhampton School operated
an independent school which "converted" to a Free School, the Royal School Wolverhampton, on 1st September 2016.
The Reports & Accounts below are for the Royal Wolverhampton School Foundation operating as an independent charity supporting the Free School, Royal School Wolverhampton, by providing funding.
The Charity is not required to be audited under the Companies Act 2006 so the accounts state they are unaudited, but it is subject to an independent examination carried out under section 145 of the Charities Act 2011.
